Conversion is a word handled delicately because of religious overtones.

Yet, we are all “converting” all the time, into more of who we came here to be and what we came here to do.

This is a time of year when many of us seek to examine who we have been and what we have accomplished over the last twelve months, and who we want to be and what we want to achieve in the coming year.

Gandhi said “Conversion is a matter of the heart and reason.” So, we not only give ourselves the opportunity to clean up from the past — Auld Lang Syne — but rationally intend and design the future.
